Dr. Jones is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist trained to offer traditional psychological and and preventative care services.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an insurance-based or self-pay service offering a collaborative approach to psychotherapy. Self-pay options start at $200.00 per session. Packages are available for additional service to include individual or group-based yoga classes to supplement your treatment.
Individual therapy focuses on symptom reduction and enhanced coping using somatic work and evidence-based treatments. Dr. Jones assists with symptom management through active skills training to enhance your functioning across the 9 Components of Wellness with comprehensive wellness planning. Dr. Jones offers provides you with a safe place to explore feelings, triggers symptoms, and interpersonal difficulties using a non-judgmental framework to process your experiences.
Women’s Peer Supported Mentorship

With gender-based specific wellness issues becoming an increased concern, Dr. Jones offers a peer support group for women to feel empowered and effective in accomplishing their wellness goals. This is a space to be and develop strong feminine role models in supportive and caring feminine relationships is crucial to foster women’s wellness. Dr. Jones encourages you and your classmates to assist one another with character development, guidance and enthusiastic support towards your objectives, modeling openness and acceptance of similarities and differences, as well as social networking opportunities.
This group meets twice monthly for one hour starting at $30.00 per class.
Yoga Classes
Dr. Jones offers a unique opportunity to supplement your outpatient treatment or stress management classes by adding yoga to your wellness plan. Evidence suggests that yoga has vast implications for emotional well-being, particularly when treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Dr. Jones recognized the similarities between Eastern Yogic traditions and Western Psychology, and uses this knowledge to offer standardized practices known to enhance capacity to regulate your central nervous system, cope more effectively with distressing emotions, and increase blood flow to the neocortex.
Classes type: Emotion focused Yoga with Traditional and Westernized Kundalini Yoga
Class Days and Time weekly:
Tuesday at 5pm ~ 15.00 per class
Thursday at 8am ~ 12.50 per class

Stress Management Class
(COMING SOON)
Due to a lack of preventative care opportunities within the mental health industry, Dr. Jones invites you to attend an 8-week skills training course aimed at understanding and managing stress, developing of an individualized wellness plan, and using evidence-based skills to manage the neurobiological consequences of stress that are safe, effective, and have few side effects. This course is preventative in nature and focuses on fostering a social and collaborative learning environment to enhance wellness, reduce global stress levels related to environmental circumstances, and provide tools to manage stress more effectively.
These classes are $40.00 per class for a total of $320. The class runs weekly for one hour for 8 weeks.

LEO Stress Management Class

Dr. Jones invites Law Enforcement Personnel to attend her culturally-competent stress management class developed specifically for Law Enforcement using survey data completed by LEO. Classes are one hour per week, priced at 35.50 per class for a total of $284.00.
Goals for this course are:
To enhance resilience while in a high stress career
To assist LEO in understanding and recognizing the signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and problematic substance use
To offer assistance in development of an evidenced-based, suicide prevention plan
1st and Last Responder Stress-Management Class

Dr. Jones invites Fire, EMS, Dispatch, Medical Personnel, as well as those she deems “Last Responders” (Medical Examiners, Coroners, Funeral Directors, Physicians, and Clean Up Crew Members) to attend her culturally-competent stress management class developed specifically for individuals in high-stress, on call professions. Classes are one hour per week, priced at 35.50 per class for a total of $284.00.

To enhance resilience while in a high stress career
To assist First and Last Responders (as well as everyone in between) in understanding and recognizing the signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and problematic substance use
To offer assistance in development of an evidenced-based, suicide prevention plan
Nutritional Psychiatry Consultations and Meal Planning
Nutritional psychiatry is a budding field offering evidence supporting how diet can improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and others. To provide comprehensive care, nutritional psychiatry consultations are now being offered. Prices will vary based on your need and consideration of other services being offered. A comprehensive assessment and knowledge of psychological and psychiatric principles will be use to develop a plan tailored to your individual concerns and nutritional goals and objectives.
